Connect and manage multiple social media accounts
Create, schedule, and publish content across platforms
View analytics and performance metrics
Manage engagement and comments
Generate AI-assisted content suggestions

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
One person may not maintain more than one account

4. Social Media Account Connections

When you connect third-party social media accounts to AutoPoste:

You authorize us to access and interact with your social media accounts on your behalf
You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of each connected platform
You can disconnect any account at any time through the Settings page
We will only perform actions (publish, delete, read data) that you explicitly initiate

5. Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you create, schedule, and publish through AutoPoste. You agree not to use the Service to publish content that:

Violates any applicable laws or regulations
Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
Contains hateful, abusive, or discriminatory material
Is spam or unsolicited commercial content
Violates the community guidelines of connected platforms

6. AI-Generated Content

AutoPoste offers AI-powered content suggestions. You acknowledge that:

AI-generated content is provided as suggestions only
You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publishing
AI suggestions may not always be accurate or appropriate
Your content prompts may be processed by third-party AI providers (OpenAI)

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service
Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service

8. Limitation of Liability

AutoPoste is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to failed posts, scheduling errors, or data loss on connected platforms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the Settings page.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
