User Data Deletion

AutoPoste lets you delete the data we hold about you at any time. Depending on what you want to remove, use one of the three options below. For details on what we collect and why, see our Privacy Policy.

1. Disconnect a social account from AutoPoste

To stop AutoPoste from accessing one of your Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts or any other connected network:

  1. Log in to autoposte.app.
  2. Go to Settings → Channels.
  3. Click Disconnect next to the account, then confirm.

The access tokens for that account are deleted immediately and AutoPoste can no longer publish or read anything on it.

2. Remove AutoPoste from your Facebook account

You can also revoke AutoPoste's access directly from Facebook, without logging in to AutoPoste:

  1. On Facebook, open Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (direct link: facebook.com/settings?tab=business_tools).
  2. Find AutoPoste in the list of active integrations.
  3. Click Remove, then confirm.

Facebook invalidates the tokens it issued to AutoPoste, which stops all access to your Pages and linked Instagram accounts. To also erase the data already stored on our side, follow option 3.

3. Delete your AutoPoste account and all associated data

To have your account and everything attached to it permanently deleted:

  1. Send an email to balinber@gmail.com with the subject “AutoPoste data deletion request”.
  2. Send it from the email address of your AutoPoste account, so we can verify that the request comes from you.
  3. We confirm receipt, delete your data within 30 days, and email you once the deletion is complete.

What is deleted

  • Your account information (name, email address, hashed password)
  • All access and refresh tokens for your connected social accounts
  • Social profile information retrieved from Facebook, Instagram and the other networks (names, profile pictures, account IDs)
  • Posts, drafts, scheduled content and media you created in AutoPoste
  • Comments and analytics synced from your connected accounts

Posts already published on Facebook, Instagram or other networks remain on those platforms: AutoPoste does not delete them for you. You can remove them directly from each network.
